Our Walk-in Clinic will see Family practice patients or Unattached patients during the following times:

Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm

Mon-Thurs Evenings 5pm - 9pm ***Limited capacity for unattached patients***

Sat-Sun: 9am - 1pm

Evening appointmets for Family practice patients may be available Monday through Thursday from
5pm to 9pm for Urgent same-day needs.

Walk-In Clinic Policy
When you arrive, please check in with reception for both walk-in and scheduled appointments. Walk-in spots may be limited depending on patient volume, and if we reach capacity, we may need to close earlier than posted hours. To help plan your visit, we recommend checking estimated wait times on Medimap before visiting.
Waiting Times
We do our best to see every patient as quickly as possible, but due to high demand, wait times may be longer than usual. If we reach capacity for the day, we may need to temporarily close to ensure safe, high-quality care for those already checked in. If this happens, we encourage you to visit the nearest walk-in clinic or urgent care centre. In case of an emergency, please dial 911.
Mask Policy
To help keep everyone safe, we kindly ask that patients with cough, cold, or flu symptoms wear a mask while inside the clinic. If you don’t have one, masks are available for purchase at reception for $1.00. This policy is in place to protect you, our staff, and fellow patients—thank you for your cooperation!
Respect for Staff & Zero Tolerance Policy
Our team is here to provide the best possible care for everyone who walks through our doors. We ask that all interactions remain respectful and professional—any form of verbal abuse, aggressive behaviour, or mistreatment of staff or doctors will not be tolerated. Patients who engage in inappropriate conduct may be refused service and asked to leave. Let's work together to maintain a safe, welcoming space for all.
Phone Hours & Availability
Our team is happy to assist you over the phone from Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 12 PM and 1 PM – 4 PM. Please note that calls received after 4 PM will not be answered. If you require immediate medical attention, please call 911 or visit the nearest urgent care centre.
Parking Information
To avoid parking fines, please register your license plate through the Indigo Neo parking platform or by scanning one of the Indigo QR codes displayed around the parking area. Once you've parked, just check in at reception to confirm your appointment—we're happy to have you here!
